Our Policies
💵Payment Policy:
🔖Orders $120 & Under- MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
🔖Orders $120-$230 - 25% non-refundable down payment required as a "save the date". Total balance must be paid in full 14 days (2 weeks) prior to your event.
🔖Orders $250 & Up - 25% non-refundable down payment required as a "save the date". Total balance must be paid in full 28 days (4 weeks) prior to your event.
💰No payment = No order. Payment secures your spot on our schedule and allows for any additional material needed for your order.
🚫 Returns
NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. We put hours of time and money into making treats for your event, which may not be able to be resold.
**Credits may be issued towards a future order if an issue occurs on our behalf.**
Care Instructions:
Once you accept your order, Sweet Escape Treats is no longer responsible. Please follow these steps to keep your treats in the best shape!
✨ Keep out of direct sunlight
✨Refrigerate items before use. (make sure your fridge is odor free so your treats don't pick up any extra flavors)
✨Condensation may occur. Remove your items from the fridge 30 minutes prior to your event.
✨Chocolate covered strawberries are best consumed within 24 hours.
🎨Custom Design Agreement:
✨Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. Colors, details and small details may vary.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders $120 & under
❌ 10 days before order date = credit (good for 6 months)
❌ Cancel 8 days before = payment forfeited, no credit. (We've already purchased all materials for your order at this time)
Orders $125 - $230
❌ Cancel 14+ days before order date = refund (minus the 25% down payment of the total order)
❌ Cancel 7-13 days before = credit (minus the 25% down payment of the total order)
❌ Cancel 0-6 days before event = all money paid is forfeited, with NO credit.
Orders $250 & Up
❌ Cancel 28+ days before order date = refund (minus the 25% down payment of the total order)
❌ Cancel 27-14 days before order date = credit (minus the 25% down payment of the total order)
❌ Cancel 13 days before event = all money paid is forfeited, with NO credit.
📆 Rescheduling: (you are allowed (1) reschedule per order.)
📅If you are rescheduling your event, requests must be submitted to us in writing via email or text message at least 14 days before the event date.
📅Any reschedule requests submitted less than 14 days before an event will be treated as a cancellation and follow the cancellation policy.
Rushed Orders:
🔖Any Orders $120 & Under placed less than 5 days from date of promise will be subject to a $10.00 rush fee.
Less than 3 days from promise date will result in a $20.00 rush fee.
🔖Any Orders $120-$230 placed 5 days or less from date of promise will be subject to a $30.00 rush fee.
Less than 3 days from promise date will result in a $50.00 rush fee.
🔖Any Orders $230 & Up placed 3 days or less from date of promise will be subject to a $100.00 rush fee.
Less than 3 days from promise date will result in a $120.00

Design Prices Vary as each one is different!
In addition to this, please understand that decorations are also an additional cost- anything that is not a part of the chocolate dipped treat itself (besides sprinkles) -will cost more! ❗❗🚨
